公司依託強大的研發實力，構建了覆蓋電芯安全、結構防護、智能管理的全鏈條技術體系。核心團隊聯合行業專家攻克多項技術難題，引入“電芯外側包覆極片”“電芯端面絕緣”“電芯3毫歐急劇短路無漏液”，等原創技術成果，搭配自主研發的電解液配方，極片納米塗層塗覆後質界面膜與防刺破外殼設計，從材料、結構到電路實現三重防爆防護，確保產品在高溫、高壓、短路等極端條件下電芯的熱力學穩定性。
公司特種鋰離子電池工程研發中心包括電化學、材料學等專業的教授專家4人，工程師12人，在低溫充放電、低溫高倍率放電、ia、ib 、ATEX、IEC Ex等煤安、本安防爆電池設計、鋰離子電池快充領域擁有成熟技術解決方案，公司特種鋰電池技術中心包括電芯金屬元素與變價元素摻雜，高安全塗層，電解液添加劑，電芯結構設計、BMS電子、BMS軟件、電池組結構、工藝、測試等專業技術門類，主要聚焦客戶特殊鋰電模組的定製需求。
公司現有的解決方案產品適配於油氣化工、地下礦山、危化品倉儲、工業機器人，粉塵工廠等多類特種場景。 -40℃至80℃寬溫適應性電芯、3000次以上循環壽命煤安級防爆電芯， 3毫歐急劇短路無漏液防爆電芯等特種產品，使公司目前特種鋰電池的研發和生產已躋身國內一流水平，公司所生產的特種方型鋰離子電池，圓柱形鋰離子電池均可通過UL1642,UL2054,CB,CE,PSE, KC，BIS,BSMI，Ex ia\ib IIA\IIB/IIC T1~T4防爆標準和針刺、重物衝擊，10V3C過充等安全性測試。
